If you wish to cancel the booking, please email us at contact@thedelevery.com. The booking amount is refundable, but transactional charges are non-refundable.

TheDelevery Warranty Terms and Conditions:

Warranty Eligibility: The warranty is not applicable to Two-Wheelers owned by a business, temporary or otherwise. It is non-transferable and applies only to the first owner of the vehicle.

 

Timely Notification: Claims for Mechanical and Electrical breakdown must be notified to the Warranty Service Provider within 14 days of the fault becoming apparent.

Authorized Repairs: Repairs can only be undertaken with explicit authorization and a claim's authority number indicating agreed liability.

Documentation: Claims must be supported by relevant documentation.

Expert Assessment: The Warranty Service Provider may examine the Two-Wheeler and subject it to expert assessment, determining liability within claimable limits.

Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with the terms may result in a refusal to pay the claim, releasing the Warranty Service Provider from liability.

Fraudulent Claims: False or fraudulent claims will invalidate the extended warranty, and the right to prosecute is reserved.
